Posee una amplia experiencia profesional en liderazgo de proyectos mejora continua y consultoría en empresas de diversos rubros (Retail, Construcción, Banca) relacionada con la implementación de modelos de Gestión del Conocimiento, Capacitación y la tecnología asociada para el éxito del mismo (Plataformas de e-Learning), Control de Gestión y Manejo de Presupuestos. Además, participa activamente en proyecto “Emprendiendo Sueños” de la Fundación 7 Sueños para emprendedores de poblaciones a nivel nacional. Participante activa en la Bnai Brith Chile, donde participó de la comisión de Probecas Universitarias, organizando la fiesta anual de recaudación de la entidad para el apoyo financiero a universitarios. Apoyó en proyecto social del Desafío Levantemos Chile para jardín infantil en San Bernardo (2013).

She holds a postgraduate degree in “Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights” at the Center of Judaic Studies, Faculty of Philosophy at the Universidad de Chile. She has worked in cultural management and has curatorial experience. Alejandra has collaborated with our foundation since the beginning and at present leads the development and follows up educational projects oriented towards the diffusion of our work.

Bachelor in Education from the Universidad Católica de Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Master’s degree in Education in the Universidad Hebrea de Jerusalén, Israel. With experience being an educational coordinator of Majon LeMadrijim for the Latin American Jewish Agency of Israel. Guide in Poland for the March of the Living, Journey from the Circulo Israelita de Santiago and the Instituto Hebreo Doctor Chaim Weizmann de Chile where she works as the coordinator for the Jewish Memory department.

Mijal Ehrenfeld

Graduate in History and Education from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Teaching experience at Santiago College and teaching assistantships on XXth century European and World History. She is currently a high school professor of History, Geography and Social Sciences at Santiago College. She works at Memoria Viva in the areas of communications and social networks. Psychologist, Universidad Gabriela Mistral and Master’s degree in Art Therapy. She has extensive experience in working with traumatized patients. Ilana collaborates with Memoria Viva in different activities and projects.

She has extensive professional experience in leadership of continuous improvement projects and consulting in companies of various fields (Retail, Construction, Banking) related to the implementation of Knowledge Management models, Training and the associated technology for its success (Platforms of e -Learning), Management Control and Budget Management. In addition, he actively participates in the «Emprendiendo Sueños» project of the 7 Dreams Foundation for entrepreneurs from towns nationwide. Active participant in Bnai Brith Chile, where she participated in the University Probecas commission, organizing the entity’s annual fundraising party for financial support to university students. Supported the Levantemos Chile Challenge social project for kindergarten in San Bernardo (2013).
